Delbert Sullivan was an ordinary guy. Just living his life. Married and happy. The Army veteran moved to Canton for work in the 1950s. In 1961, he died while working on the City Hall project, plunging 110 feet. He was 27 years old. City officials will honor Sullivan’s memory by naming part of the lobby after him at a ceremony Friday.
